Common Questions
How long does it take to receive my deliverables?
Most packages are completed within 7 to 14 business days from the date of your intake form submission. Individual services are typically delivered within 5 to 7 business days. You will receive a specific timeline during your onboarding.
What is your refund or satisfaction policy?
We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with a deliverable, we will revise it until it meets your expectations. We offer up to two rounds of revisions on all written assets. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are not available after work has begun.
I am not sure which package is right for me. What should I do?

Can I upgrade from one package to another after I start?
Yes. If you begin with the Director package and decide you want the full Executive or Premier experience, you can upgrade and we will credit what you have already paid toward the higher tier.
Do you work with clients outside the United States?
Absolutely. Nana has worked with leaders across 51 countries. All coaching and deliverable work is done remotely via video call and email, so location is never a barrier.
